Cass is such an AMAZING sales rep. She truly has a great imagination for the job. Just give her a few details of your layout and BOOM, you have a new furnished room. I’m telling you, this woman EXCELS at her job. I have watched her work, worked with her, and have been her customer, and I could not be happier in any setting. I live in New Caney and I have a electric Recliner I'm not satisfied with from Aaron's in porter tx.ive been lied to 3 times bout bringing me a replacement because this one sinks in on the left side and its too heavy for me to move I'm on SSDI, disabled and i have made 2 payments because i missed a monthly payment and mgr.and assistant mgr lied to me 3 times bout bringing me another one and thats no way to do business so yes im complaining because they could have at least called me because i was waiting from 6 to 7 pm and they never showed up so i call them bout 7:25pm and said im sorry we been booked and said be tomorrow saturday at 11am to 3pm i said for sure this time, he said yes sir,i heard a lady in the backgroumd prbly asst mgr.but anyway its wrong to treat me like this and its no way to do business so maybe I should reconsider and go elsewhere if they're not here tomorrow and I have to call again I will go elsewhere where I'm treated a Hell of a lot better.ok I got another electric Recliner and I'm satisfied and I decided to give them 4 stars,because this one is much softer than the other one the seat and back was really hard but I'm very satisfied now so yes Aaron's is a good place to get furniture just try it out before and don't be like me complain but I was getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep very good so tonight I will get better rest it's just soft and much,much better.I guess if we want something better we have to complain to get it.but this is my first time ever to complain but again I'm not perfect but I try to be. So thank you Aaron's for delivering this Replacement Recliner.please forgive me,I'm just a human being who just wants to be comfortable and yall delivered.GOD BLESS YALL.AMEN??✌️???????♥️??

My freezer stop working and it was full of freeze food . I walk in to the store and they have a freezer in store .I was out of store in 10 min with the freezer. First time buying from aaron's thank you ? ? ☺️

I bought a riding lawnmower from the Porter TX store less than a year ago, and it will no longer climb a hill meaning a 3” grade and they told me this is not covered under the warranty and they won’t even seed someone out to see ifs the transmission, they were very rude and said it’s not our fault that you bought a bad lawnmower
