My freezer stop working and it was full of freeze food . I walk in to the store and they have a freezer in store .I was out of store in 10 min with the freezer. First time buying from aaron's thank you ? ? ☺️

I bought a riding lawnmower from the Porter TX store less than a year ago, and it will no longer climb a hill meaning a 3” grade and they told me this is not covered under the warranty and they won’t even seed someone out to see ifs the transmission, they were very rude and said it’s not our fault that you bought a bad lawnmower

Terrible customer service- shady things taking place at this location. If you have EZPay, and wonder why sometimes it charges double, or sometimes the day before, you must not be on EZPay itself. They have your card number written down somewhere and illegally authorizing the transaction on your behalf. It took the general manager being incredibly disrespectful to me to figure this out, by calling the corporate number and being informed that there is no EZPay in my account..

So, with full disclosure, I've not actually rented to own anything from Aaron's. And I know it's for ppl with less than perfect credit, but this place is a HUGE rip. As an example, they have a 21" Troy Bilt lawn mover for $85/mo for 12 mo. which means you'll pay over $1000 for a $300 lawnmower. A GE washer/dryer set that's $1200 at Home Depot would be be $2200 at Aaron's. I have no problem with them making a profit and I understand their taking a risk on folks that may not have great credit, but this seems a excessive. If you have the money to make the payment, then you can instead save it for a few month and pay cash. Don't get ripped off.

Cannot get my delivery when it's supposed to be done. Had a delivery set up for thirsty January the 7th this is now January the 9th and my delivery still is not here and it is after 12:00 p.m.
