They lied to us about me and my husband
Being pre approved drove 9+ hours to the dealer ended up not being approved for what we were hoping to get so we look at a couple different options since we had already drove so far and had our hopes up and ended up choosing a 2023 Chevrolet Silverado high country traded in my truck plus gave $5k down and they still wanted $3k wanted us to make some shady deposits with my bank drove the truck back home and ended up braking down a week later contacted them and they told me NOT to talk to the financial company and talked to everyone a particular person was very rude and unprofessional trying to intimidate us ended up speaking to some one higher and she said she would help and for the next days ignored my calls text and never called me back so now they want me to tow the truck back on my own dime and they say they wont be able to give me all my money said they sold my truck already but they are very unprofessional no type of communication whats so ever still trying to get out of this truck I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

I was told i was pre aproved drove 9 hrs to buy a tahoe ended up not being true but they said i could buy a 2023 truck had it one week stayed stranded in lubbock tx they wont answer my calls and cannot het any help from them if i call their office they just ignore our calls worst place ever bunch of liars

Everything is a lie. 9/10 you’ll get a vehicle with issues. Which they won’t fix. They don’t do in house finance. The lie on paperwork. PLEASE READ THE FINE PRINT. tried to scam me out of $3k. Told me to put 3k and bring the rest in 2 weeks. But on the finance paperwork they put down $6k total. Which meant I would’ve paid that to the bank and also gave them $3k extra in cash. I spoke to a lawyer. Spoke the bank they used. They found the scam and voided my contract ! I got so lucky !!!

Applied for financing here for a vehicle. Dont trust these people. The reviews speak for themselves. BBB rating is a F. Selling people jerry rigged or faulty vehicles. Lady ran my information and never contacted me afterwards. The next day i get a notification from experian saying my information was compromised and found one the dark web. Stay far far far away from this dealership.

They were very helpful And got me in a ‘18 f250. I didn’t have the best credit but was able to make a deal. Go and give them your business if you’re interested in a newer vehicle.
