I had a terrible experience at One Stop Service. They lied about my Toyota Prius, claiming the brake ABS module was damaged and needed replacement, and gave me a quote for $2500 to fix it. This turned out to be a complete lie. I went to another mechanic shop, and it was actually a coolant inverter pump issue that got fixed for just $80. Do not go here, I repeat, do not! Not just that they did a OBD scan told me it was 60 dollars then charged me 80 dollars and did not gave me my report pathetic experience

They deserve zero stars. Worst shop around will lie to you about everything. Don’t let the nice cars that they have out there to trick you into taking your vehicle here. UNRELIABLE!!!

If zero stars was an option then that’s what they would get. Very dishonest and unreliable. I bought the parts for my vehicle and paid them for labor. My car was not fixed properly the check engine light came back on a few days later so I took it to somewhere else and they said they didn’t seal my catalytic converters correctly and ruined the new ones I bought. WORST SHOP AROUND HERE!

Brought my truck in for an alignment after having my front suspension completely rebuilt and paid $150 for something that felt like they didn’t do good enough. I came to that shop with one of tires having positive camber and when I went to pick my truck up it still had positive camber so I asked to see the info sheet that shows what was adjusted and how much it was adjusted only to be told that they did a string method alignment. The owner also mentioned that he took it for a test drive and it drove straight after the “alignment” and on my way home I found myself pulling the wheel to the left a bit to stop it from drifting to the right. I feel as I paid for nothing and almost feel scammed out of $150.

If I could give 10 stars I would..my AC in my Range Rover went out month before my move to Florida in Aug..they fixed it and my AC working better than ever. Hate we in fl and have to find new shop in future.But highly recommend them!

will LIE to you then request more money claiming your vehicle is fixed/ready when your vehicle isn’t even fixed. If I could give negative stars I would. Do not use this shop. Lies after lies with him.Right at a year with our vehicle at his shop & it still isn’t fixed but claims to be every time we have picked it up. Waste of our time & money to use this shop. Save yourself and do your research before going to this shop. He would claim our truck was in the lift & we would drive by & it was in the back of the yard & hadn’t moved from the last time we drove by. $4500 gone because he can’t be honest.Service: Transmission

If I could give negative stars, I would. We paid $4500 for a transmission rebuild October 2022.. & have received nothing but lies this entire last year. Richard would call & say the truck is ready & that he has been driving the vehicle but the odometer reading was the exact same as we had left it & the truck was stuck in 3rd gear EVERY SINGLE TIME we would pick it up. We would drive by his shop frequently & our truck that was already paid for to be fixed sat in the back of his yard for MONTHS! He had our vehicle for right at a year & we picked it up TODAY after being lied to & he has the audacity to tell us we owe him another $750!!! Absolutely do not recommend. He will lie & tell you that your vehicle is in the lift when in reality he is working on hot rods while your vehicle is in the back of his yard. Would not recommend him to my worst enemy.

Richard doesn't know what he is doing. He was supposed to change the cam sensor, Knox sensor and crank sensor. I was told doing this would make my check engine light go off so I could get it inspected. When I picked up my car the light was still on. He said drive it 50 miles and it will reset itself. I drove 80 miles and the check engine light is still on. I took it to O'Reilly's and they said it still has a bad cam sensor. I took it back and he replaced the cam sensor again, light still would not go off. He takes it to the dealership and now says the PCM computer is bad. I already overpaid for the sensors. 25 dollars parts and he charges me $1028. I wasn't paying him anything else. He was supposed to change the oil but when I picked up the car the oil light is now on and no oil in it either. He tells me it being out of oil burned up the sensors but my sister said it was full of oil and the oil light was not on until I left his shop. He did not diagnosed the problem correctly. Plus my check engine light is still on. I asked him for a itemized bill and he was supposed to email it to me. Never got it. I need it to try to get an inspection waiver. I will never recommend this shop. I still can't get my car inspected or get tags. He marks up parts way too much. Never trust him. Very dissatisfied. I didn't have a 1000 dollars to throw away.

I do not recommend bringing your vehicle to be serviced here. Save your self time, money and stress by avoiding Richard at all costs. Poor excuse for customer service once he has your vehicle and definitely once payment has been made. The quote given didn’t match the payment due once I was called to pickup my vehicle. Terrible owner and experience overall. Never supporting this local shop again.Service: Brakes

I wish I could give zero stars. Richard and his incompetence cost me around $1900. He misdiagnosed the problem my jeep was causing and told me I needed a new radiator and an aftermarket transmission cooler. Luckily I took the car to a reputable mechanic after dealing with Richard, my transmission was about to overheat and go out due to the shoddy work performed by Richard and his guys.I brought my car to One Stop Auto Service because I found some milky trans fluid on my driveway. Richard lied and said my transmission cooler had failed inside my radiator, told me I needed a new radiator and trans flush. I trusted him and paid $1280 for a new radiator and trans flush. A couple days later I have milky trans fluid again so I take it back to him. He says I have another trans cooler that has failed and wants to bypass stock trans cooler and install aftermarket stand-alone cooler and another trans flush. I trust him and give him $600 more for the parts and labor. One day goes by and milky trans fluid again. I've had enough of Richard at this point and realize he has no idea what he is doing, maybe a touch of dementia even.I take the Jeep to Best Automotive of Northpark, they diagnose it as a leaking trans dip stick and a/c condensation is dripping and pooling on top of trans and getting inside mixing with trans fluid. Furthermore they explain to me that I was scammed by One Stop Auto Service as there is NO TRANS COOLER IN THE RADIATOR AND THE AFTERMARKET TRANS COOLER WAS INADEQUATE TO COOL MY TRANSMISSION!I confronted Richard about this very respectfully hoping to re-coup at least some of my losses. Richard did not have the decency to even admit his mistake, insisting that "every part you paid for was installed." The problem is, I DIDN'T NEED THE PARTS! He said maybe i could bring the parts back and possibly get a little bit of money back but he wasn't sure? I asked if he had my original radiator (which had no issues) and he said no. Avoid this place like the plague! I'm sure he will respond to this with more lies, but I have the receipts to prove everything!
