Worst customer service I have experienced at any store. No help with consultation and no help finding items. Not sure why have employees at all if everything is going to be self service and self check out.

I went in yesterday and the older blonde woman in the main part of the store was very rude. She has very poor customer service and very very rude. I had to ask a young lady in the pharmacy to help me, and she was very friendly. I will not go there again.

Picked up medicine at drive drive-through. The staff was extremely nice and I was out of there quickly.

Terrible and slow. Never answers phone calls. Doesn’t return calls from doctors even after being forced to use the automated voice system and your forced to leave a message. I’m starting to hate CVS pharmacy and I have now switched my services from them. They suck. Go to Walgreens, mom & pop pharmacies, Kroger, Walmart, anywhere else but CVS!!!!

I have used many pharmacies and this is by far the best. They open early, they quickly see the customers, and they call back when I have questions.

CVS in Porter is a very busy pharmacy. There's a reason for that. They are good at what they do. They are always helpful and courteous and they do not mind taking their time with you whatever you need.

They are always nice even if you can tell they are in a rush. Pharmacist Robert helped me out today. He got me a refund on my workers comp meds, funny and a pleasure to be around.

Jackie was my cashier in the drive thru, she was very impatient., only to roll her eyes at me while I was talking and she closed the window, only to come back after 7 minutes, to tell me to go back around 😯. I am a paying customer. This isn't the first time I have had problems with this location, employees need to step up and do what they signed up for....
