Terrible customer service. The person who has been recently answering the phone is extremely rude and unprofessional. Very hard to understand as well. At least the ladies at the pick-up window are nicer

Nothing but aggravation in the Pharmacy. All the good people that were here years ago are gone. They ran out of my blood pressure medication and I said "What am I supposed to do, miss my dosage?" And, the guy in drive up says, "YES". Hangs up the phone. Very uncaring. Go to Walgreens, Walmart, or Kroger, right down the road.

My mom has an appointment here, but they're more than an hour late to the minute clinic. My mom placed an order for pizza before we got here, and it's already been done for an entire hour because we waited so long for the minute clinic. My mom placed the clinic for 6, and now it's 7. The lady in the minute clinic is nice though.

Very aggravating they said when I dropped off the prescriptions to be filled that I would get a text message letting me know they were ready for pickup It had been a whie longer than expected so I decided to call to check myself because I never received a text and the damn pharmacy was already closed the medicine was very much needed ASAP because they were antibiotics that were needed immediately to start treating the cellulitis infection in m sisters body.

The pharmacy stays busy most times there is a wait inside & drive through. But the staff is great if you need help paying for you prescription talk to them they can refer you to discounts if possible. Prescription are processed in a timely manner.

I appreciate the self check out terminals. However, I am still one person that likes for my cashier to have a smile and ask me if I found everything I was looking for in the store. The self check out Kiosks take away from the \"customer service\" from CVS.

I have all my prescription needs filled at the Porter Texas location. I have gotten fantastic service out of the people back there even though they are slammed busy most of the time. They always take time to talk with me when needed or when I have a question. Especially Robert. I like him a lot. If he can he always takes the time to say Hello! Hello Robert!

I don't really understand the self check out. No cashiers are available so just 2 self check outs and everytime I go they have signs on them this one for cash only and one for cash or card. And to top that off they have paper over the coupons section and. While you wait to self check out then try to use the coupons it says get employee and then you have to search for one only for your stuff now to be brought over to an actual cash register for them to ring you. Doesn't make sense to me really and not fast or convenient.

Refill order confirmed at 9:50 am and told will be ready for 1pm. I drove 30 minutes to get there at 3:30 pm but told it will be ready in 3 or 4 minutes. At 3:50 again told it will be ready in 3 or 4 minutes. When I said it was to be ready at 1 pm the young lady said the 4 Pharmacists were swamped - although it was relatively quiet inside.

So far, I have been able to fill all my prescriptions at this location. The selection at the store is pretty good. For the most part, I also find everything I need.

I switched from Walgreens to CVS less than a week ago and I can tell you right now they are #1 in my book!!!! They answer the phone! They helped me with every single question I had and when I went into the store they were working their tails off trying to get things done! I was third in line and was taken care of less than 3 minutes!!!! AHHHHMAAZING!!! Love you guys! Keep up the great work! Some of us do notice!!!

If I could give a 0 I will I wait on the drive thru pharmacy for more then 1hour .. they have a big mess in there all the prescriptions are everywhere they can’t even find the prescription I will never go there again that’sA F…. Mess in there wow crazy

Never a bad experience shopping here. Items needed are in stock the vast majority of the time. Higher than average prices. Employess are very nice and super helpful.

The worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with! They never have anything in stock(supposedly), they lie about not having things in stock when they in fact do(I have confirmed this). They have told me they are out of stock, and when I get my doctor to call within the same hour, they all of a sudden have some in stock. It honestly depends on who you talk to there. Sometimes they use your insurance, and sometimes they don’t so the prices of the medication changes all the time. It’s craziness! I’ve never dealt with a pharmacy that is so bad, and unprofessional. They have even accidentally given me my daughters antibiotic in powder form instead of mixing it, and I’ve had to go all the way back so they can mix it. It’s just been one thing after another with this place, and I will never use this pharmacy again. The staff needs some serious training!
