  The Porter store was extremely busy on Saturday morning because the Humble store, which I had an appointment didn't have power. They were sending customers to their other stores and they had my tires balanced and rotated in about 30 minutes. I was surprised at how quickly they had my truck done even without an appointment.

  Damage to my truck was caused by this store and the manager referred me to their claims department and was promptly denied. They don’t take ownership of damages they cause to peoples vehicle’s. This will be the last time I use any Discount tire store.

  I needed 2 wheels and 2 tires replaced urgently. Jason searched high and low for the best deal for me. He was able to organize the service and get me back on the road within a couple of days. He stayed within my budget and was super helpful and friendly.
  Marco came out and did the mobile install in my driveway. He was so swift and so kind and communicative. My car is better aligned than it was before my little accident. I’m so grateful I called this location.

  New wiper damage my windshield. Again I had to stop by and complain about repairs not done. Waited all day Friday and Saturday and no show again to replace windshield. I am about to scream 😱 when I go in for the 4th timr

  Disappointed with this location- all they want to do is try and upsell you parts - in which he asked my elderly nana to “follow him around the car” in an unsafe environment with debris all over the floor which made her FALL!! what is wrong with you ?? Why are we following you around the car ?? Do your job we don’t get paid to walk with you . Not only that She had an appointment!! And he was giving her the run around about her appointment which led him to telling her to follow her all around the car - then she didn’t even get her tires on because yall forgot to order them . How shameful !! Don’t go here !!! BUYER BEWARE !!!

  Great place! Casey hooked me up with brand new tires at a great price! While you wait there’s bbq and batting cages next door. Most fun I’ve had waiting on my car to be serviced.
