Let me tell y’all about this sweet angel named Arlene. I walked in at 4:10 PM, mistakenly thinking they closed at 5 PM. Despite it being past closing time, Arlene greeted me with a warm, welcoming smile. Instead of turning me away, she graciously offered her assistance. It was a simple task, but the way Arlene handled it spoke volumes about her character. She didn’t just do her job; she did it with a level of kindness and patience that was truly heartwarming. Her willingness to go out of her way, especially after hours, reflects her exceptional dedication and empathy. Arlene’s actions that day were a reminder of the difference a small act of kindness can make. She’s not just a great employee, but a genuinely compassionate human being.

I had to print out a bunch of documents from several different places and locations and an employee named Trey walked me through the entire process and made it an amazingly easy & enjoyable experience!
