Ordered a console on October 26th. Called after 4 days as the product still had not shipped even though the email states to expect delivery in 2-3 days. Called the 800 number and was told to wait an additional 5 days. Called back, and the item shipped after 10 days, and the resolution was to offer a 10 dollar store credit when I don't even have an account. No accountability, no customer service, and self-serving resolutions that can not even be honored. Will not be making any further purchases from this company. Photos show timing between order and shipped, and the email expectation of 2-3 days delivey.

One of the worst Gamestop locations. They open late and close early. In addition they'll often put a note saying they're gone for around 1hr 45mins. Call and save yourself some hassle.⁰

Very helpful and patient staff! They answered a lot of my questions over the phone and in the store. They did not have the product I needed but were kind enough to call another location to see if they had it and asked them to hold it for me. I'm very appreciative of the help they gave me.
