THIS HOME DEPOT IS THE WORST. THEY NEVER NEVER NEVER HELP YOU LOAD ANYTHING. I PURCHASED 40 BAGS OF REDI MIX AND THERE IS NO HELP TO GET IT LOADED INTO THE TRUCK. I GO TO LOWES THEY HARDLY ALLOW YOU TO LOAD YOUR OWN MATERIALS LOWES HAS AMPLE STAFF TO MAKE YOUR MATERIAL LOAD OUT THE BEST POSSIBLE. HOME DEPOT IN PORTER IS THE LAZIEST LEAST KNOWLEDGABLE GROUP OF EMPLOYEES IVE EVER SEEN . AVOID AT ALL COST LOWES 3 MILES DOWN THE ROAD IN KINGWOOD IS MUCH BETTER. IM NOT CHANGING THIS REVIEW FOR ANY REASON. IVE VISITED THIS STORE MORE THAN 30 TIMES. ONLY REASON ID EVER GO BACK IS BARE NECESSITY. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CARELESS GROUP OF STORE OPERATORS.

Placed order online for item in stock. It was canceled at the Porter location. Now I am being told after I had to inquire (no notification what so ever) that I physically have to go to the Porter store to get my refund. I never even placed the order at that location it is a bad store not one good interaction there. Placed the order to be picked up at the Woodlands location. They won’t even send me a gift card or a credit (spend tons of money there anyways) spend almost an hour on the phone have pics of the chat another 30 minutes without resolution and or refund. Never again Loews has gained 100% of my business. Mind you the product is in STOCK!!!! Horrible service and trying to rip people off by not informing them that they have to pick up the refund. Check your last returns make sure you actual got the money refunded!!!! Below is screen shot of the lack of service provided by Home Depot. Even suggested alternatives to resolve the issue and get me the product I paid for twice!!! On the phone with them as I send this review!
