I wish I could leave no stars as my review but I just couldn’t. So I tried to make an appointment today with some lady named Rosa. She asked me when I was wanting to make an appointment which I had replied to “Today”. She flabbergasted me when her response was “ugh, No!” With a very smirky tone. As somebody who helps the community file taxes, you should not have that type of customer service. The number then proceeded to call me back, not once or twice, but three times as I was scheduling an appointment elsewhere, which got me the same day I answered it after the third time to be rudely hung up on. Please take your business on somewhere else. These people are making commission off of you. I wouldn’t have done this, but you pushed me to Rosa.

Totally awesome. I usually do my own taxes but this year. I got stuck on something but the guy that helped me completely ironed it out for me and made me fel more at ease. He was very polite and down to earth
