The slowest service. They really need 2 people at the counter because each visit is at least a 30 minute wait time. The lady at the counter began conversating and and assisting someone who just walked in before even helping the 2 other people who have been waiting.

Poor customer service, no one answers the phone, when the phone is answered they're rude. When I added a line to my service they pushed and pushed for insurance and I told them no. Still gave me the insurance (without my knowing) and I have been trying to take it off all month.

So I went in here today needing to transfer my service to them and get a new phone, they made the process a breeze, saved me money and got my new phone all set up!!! I couldn't have asked for more. Thank y'all so much!!! I absolutely recommend them. I didn't get the name of the man or woman there, wish I had. They were great.

Went in to switch and nobody wanted to help. They were sitting there playing like children and not interested in helping at all, they didn't help actually. I had to leave before I stepped outta character. Need to launch a complaint at metro customer service.. 1 in particular was worse than the other.
