I have always received excellent service and care at Minute Clinics. However, I would recommend seeking medical attention elsewhere if you are feeling unwell. Unfortunately, this location was the worst I have ever been to.

I came to the clinic on July, 11 with a stye on my eye. NP examined me pretty well and prescribed eye drops. I was excited to get a relief! Well, felt like my stye had his life on my eye and those drops didn’t help a bit.On Aug 1 I still had a red bump with a white head on my eye. I started calling their number requesting for follow-up and hoping for different eye drops prescription without another visit that I would have to pay for. At customer service they said they sent them an email. Well, 24 hours later nobody returned my call. I called again and they said they submitted a request with high priority, but again, nobody called me. On Friday I called that number again. Twice. Spent an hour waiting. They did not even pick up.Thus, I started calling on Tuesday and finally on Friday evening someone from the clinic called me and said they can't do anything for me, and I need to find a doctor. He mentioned he didn't work there, just closing. What a joke!!! Such a lousy, unprofessional service. Never again will I bring my money to this clinic.

I visited my local CVS Minute Clinic on FM 1314 in Porter, TX - never again. I walked in to schedule an appointment & the doctor was absolutely zero help. She asked if I made an appointment online & I said no. Instead of offering any assistance, she rudely said, "You have to make an appointment online" before slamming the door behind her. No greeting, absolutely no help & beyond rude.

I wouldn’t even give this clinic one star!!! The PA was rude, hateful and would not listen, refused to treat me and all she would say is it sounds like COVID. I have a sinus infection, and my allergies are in full flare mode. I take hydroxychloriquine daily for an autoimmune so I highly doubt I have COVID!! I disgusted with the horrible treatment I received. CVS needs to do better!!!!

Is NOT an urgent care clinic. After arguing with the receptionist who is CERTAIN about googles business registration practices and knows more than Google this is Google's fault for not knowing how to register businesses under the appropriate BUSINESS TYPE.

Just had the worst experience with the PA at the Minute Clinic. She was rude, wouldn’t listen to me and kept telling that I probably had Covid. I have chronic sinus infections and know exactly what they feel like and how they present in my body. Also, I just took a Covid PCR test and am negative- nope, not according to her. She wouldn’t do anything for me and told me to just go buy something over the counter. And to top off that wonderful interaction, my appointment was scheduled for 2:40 and I DID NOT GET SEEN UNTIL 5:00!!!! Do better CVS. You just lost a customer.

Had an appointment for a DOT physical. Scheduled the appointment as a visit for a "DOT Physical" on their website. Show up and no one there is certified to perform DOT physicals. The nurse is apologetic and helpful. She schedules me for a visit at a different clinic a few days later and sends me on my way with a printed-out appointment confirmation/reminder.. I'm now here at that appointment and I find that I'm not on their schedule. So i have to try to reschedule AGAIN before my CDL medical cert expires. Also, there is no way to confirm in their phone system whether your appt is confirmed - spent 20 minutes trying to navigate their phone menu or get to a human - it's not possible: always dead ends you into a "sorry you are having trouble finding the information you need" me.

Long wait only to receive a misdiagnosis. Walked in on a Saturday, had to wait almost 2 hours to see the nurse even though they weren't very busy. I suspected I had a UTI based on my symptoms and past experience having a UTI. After a urinalysis the nurse did not find anything wrong and sent me away without a prescription. Several days later I went to another Minute Clinic in a different city with the same symptoms. After another urinalysis this time the nurse agreed I had a UTI and she prescribed an antibiotic. Diagnosing a UTI is not that difficult. It would have saved me time, discomfort and anxiety if I had been diagnosed correctly the first visit.

Had a visit with Andrea Wyatt, NP, today. I went in with my routine sinus infection I get twice a year, pressure in face and sore throat from post nasal drip and severe fatigue. She took less than a second to "examine" me, so quick I didn't even realize that she had looked in my ears. She barely touched my throat to check for lymph node swelling and then pronounced that I only needed a decongestant, which I had already been taking as a part of my routine allergy care. When I expressed I that it had been a few weeks and I had already tried that method, she told me this was what she "always" prescribed. Since I had no fever (I am on a biologic immunosuppressant) and there was no bacteria present in my sinuses (no swab- how do you know?) And my lymph nodes weren't swollen (though they were), she said everything looked normal. When I questioned if she had looked enough/felt enough, she became very rude. So, if you want to pay a copay to get a decongestant, go see her. If you want someone to listen to your symptoms and actually examine you, avoid this lady at all costs. I will not be back, though I have used CVS clinics three or four times a year routinely. When a DR has a standard treatment they apply ALWAYS, they are either trying to get you to pay for multiple visits or they aren't very good.

bad service and the doctors only give you pain pills and since you pay within a few days you receive invoices for non-existent charges
