Went to this location needing a diagnostic for my check engine light. I was told by 2 different employees they would NOT run the diagnostic because it was "raining". No rain was falling, sure it was cold and wet but not raining. They claimed the machine would break if it got wet... in the nonexistent rain. I went to autozone and they had no problem running the diagnostic WHILE IT WAS SPRINKLING...

Worst service from this guy named Oscar he had such an attitude with us and even gave us the wrong items we needed. It’s like he didn’t care or didn’t want to be there. If your gonna have a bad attitude with customers it’s best for you not be there at all..

This has to be the worst oriellys I’ve ever been to. None of the employees care for their job. Have refused to look for parts that show they have them online, given wrong parts, not having cash to give change was the last straw. I could go on and on. I’m done with this place. I’ll just stick to buying parts online.

The quality they say is very bad. I bought a battery that was 2 years old and it lasted 1 year a year. I went to change it because it didn't hold a charge and because of the warranty they gave me another one and I only went today when it turned 1 year old and it never works either. I'll buy it again. The batteries there are crap. If I could remove that star that I put, I would remove it and not give anything to this store ??

I'm a senior citizen not a veteran and can't get more than a one percent discount I don't think it's right can go to AutoZone and can get a ten percent on most items. O Reilly take care of seniors.
