We went into this store to get an auxiliary battery for my jeep and we were 3rd in line to speak with Oscar (the rude sales associate). The first customer wanted a code scan for a check engine light and was treated poorly in my opinion. It wasn't that he was told to step aside and wait until someone was free to do it, it was the way he was spoken to. The second guy had used oil he wanted to drop off. Again, he was rudely told to step aside and wait. Then it was our turn to speak to Oscar. While he was able to find what we needed, his customer service skills were totally lacking. If Oscar doesn't really want to deal with customers, maybe he needs to find a different line of work.

I genuinely cannot begin to express how useless this O'Reilly is. They need to rehire the crew and, get a manager with better expectations because this crew isn't it. You go further down the road the other store location and, it is packed. This one however is full of utter fools who have unnecessary conversation in front of customers. I do not care what is said personally but, nothing shows me you're gonna be unhelpful more than lack of awareness to your surroundings for said conversation.

I came in earlier today and my god, the staff was amazing. The moment I walked I was helped immediately. I wanted to do some basic maintenance to my car and Lilo and Emily helped me on the floor find everything I needed, when it came down to check out, I needed a few more things for a brake change and Christi helped me tremendously!! I recommend 100% … best O’Reillys I’ve been to yet, always treated me well.

This O’Reilly has bad bad service !!! My mother ordered a piece there for her truck, and god did it take almost half the month!!! Also their service is js bad.

I comes to this O’Reilly all the time I asked one of the guys can I take a tool outside to see will it fit my bumper he said that was fine, when I looked up, he was outside with me outside because the manager told him to come watch me. The manager name is D I shop here too much to be stealing.

This store is right by my house but I will drive to the other store in Porter before I ever go to this one again. Twice I have been in this store the staff was very rude the first time I bought a car battery and there were three employees there all men doing nothing but talking to each other . I am a 60 year old woman and no one offered to even help me carry the battery to my car as I was walking out the door a customer actually offers to help me . The older man that rang me up did not say thank you goodbye or anything at all even though I said thank you . He was very very rude .The next time ,just the other day no one helps you or offers to help as I stood in line the young man behind the counter that was doing absolutely nothing finally looked at me and I ask for help he just pointed at the item I was looking for then when he rang me up I said thank he said nothing just handed me my change I said have a good day again he said nothing. I do not think they discriminate against any race they are just rude ! Management really needs to teach their employees at least basic common courtesy.
