“I was a first time customer here. I went on a Wednesday morning around 10:30 am and the store was not busy. I was greeted in a friendly and prompt manner by Curtis. I was looking to sell a firearm. After Curtis inspected my item for sale he quoted me nearly exactly the price that I thought he would. I accepted the offer and Curtis processed the item in a friendly and efficient manner. A little chit chat goes a long way with customers, especially a potential new one. I browsed the store for just a few minutes and they do have a bit of everything here. The store was clean and I felt welcomed. I will return again for future business. This store has earned a new customer in me. Thanks again to Curtis.”

They loan more money then the other pawn shops that want Brand New prices but only offer bare minimum loans. Even if you are late on a payment, just call and let them know when you can pay. “I bought two fire arms from here recently. My overall experience was really good. I am extremely satisfied with both of the firearms that I purchased. The only reason why I’m giving a four star instead of a five is because I was lied to and told that one of the firearms that I purchased was brand new. When I asked about something that was missing from the case, that’s when I found out that it wasn’t brand new, but it was like new. I would’ve bought it anyway, but the fact that I was lied to to me was this tasteful that did not need to happen to get the sale. In the future be completely honest with your customer And don’t tell lies to get a dollar.”

“Every time I go in there I laugh, I find something I want, or they help me out if a jam. I rely on them and they have never let me down. The guitar section especially is pretty top notch. I accidentally went to long without picking up my laptop...I have emailed them with my dilemma, just need to come pay and pick it up. If I am past my 2 month limit I'll pay extra, that's understood. I am willing to bet they let me make it though...I HOPE they do, I've got original songs stored on there!!!Regardless they are the best pawn around, and are funny enough they should have their own show!ThanksTaylor White”
