Phil’s Car Care rescued me when my car stopped running on the freeway while I was passing through Houston. They helped me rent a car, diagnosed my problem and had me back on the road quickly. Everyone was so kind and professional. They turned a stressful day into a pleasant experience. If I lived a little closer, they would be my new mechanic. Well done!

My experience in this shop was the worst, they only ruined my car and they only replaced the radiator and they charged me 1557 and more 145 for the estimate I do not recommend it I wanted to put the review first what happens I always forget it is the worst

I paid a total cost including tax and discount ($609.31) to pick up my car today after I thought had a starter issue because auto Zone (Porter) said my battery was good month ago after an oil change shop told me it would need to be changed soon . So when my husband said my car wouldn't start immediately and took several attempts yesterday morning. I took it in for them to change the starter. So when I heard the cost I thought they had fixed starter only to discover at pick up that they charged me to system check digital and visual inspection ($145), to remove and replace battery ($98.60) and a new 36 mths warranty on battery ($289.83). This is ridiculous I have never paid this much for change of battery. Also my car bonnet wasn't even closed properly and I had to shut it myself when i got to my destination. I have the pictures to prove it but i can't be bothered to post it! Shame Phil Car Care I am done! I am done giving them my 2015 Ford car or my husband's 2017 Ford car unless it to go for the warranty on work already done in the past on them. I am looking for a new mechanic today!

Had my 2020 Chevy Sparks gear box fluid replaced.
Dave took really good care of all my issues and gave me a diagnostic of my car and have suggestions. I will be returning in the future.

I believe in building relationships and loyalty when it comes to services being rendered. They have a new loyal customer. My shop that I had been going to for years and a shop I trusted wasn’t too upfront with past services. I went to them and they fixed the issue that my existing shop was giving me the run around doing. I’m glad I went and also found out that they can service some other issues I am having that my shop said the only place it can be done is the actual dealership. It’s hard to find honest and genuine people but from what I seen today I have found that.
