I went to tractor supply it's a good store but I ended up leaving the store with nothing because this worker joselyn attended me rudely when I asked about more information on a product.

The shift manager was very rude, had me waiting outside the door for 15mins. Once she took the bols she left the door locked so I could not get back into the building without walking around to the front of the store. Then left the driver's lounge locked so I had no where to wait but a pallet. The man who unloaded the trl was amazing. Even though the manger said to him there was no printers working to give me a copy of my bol the unloader and I found away without dealing with her negatively. This is a tight dock to get into so please take your time.

They have the trailer Rental sitting there for a long time just for a light Problem shouldn’t be so difficult to fix that hope some manager get notices of that and get it fixed. Or they just don’t want to rental any more and just buy one of them or something who knows

If you are coming to deliver here, expect to be here a while. This is not a one time thing, I’ve been here at least 5 times before and every time it’s wait we are busy from there employees.

DO NOT BUY CHICKS. ALL 5 OF MINE DIED IN 3 DAYS. 25 BUCKS GONE. I KNOW HOW TO RAISE CHICS.BEEN DOING IT MY WHOLE LIFE AND I'M NEVER BUYING FROM THEN AGAIN. I called the store like was told below. The low cost shots were not low cost anything and ontop of it the test results were trash. They said negative but she was heartworm positive . Cost me and arm and a leg , waste of time and money .

Was very disappointed today. I brought my mom and dad to buy chickens and forgot my shoes in a car. Nobody from cashier told me anything. Then manager show up, started screaming at me in Spanish, I said that I don’t speak Spanish and I am Texan with good English, then he started threating me that he will call cops. Tractor supply doesn’t have any sign stated that I cannot come barefoot. No signs that I cannot come with dog. Just didn’t have time to argue so we left without purchasing equipment. Because of rude manager we didn’t buy anything that doesn’t know the rules and doesn’t have signs. So disappointed.

Horrible Store! Woman who works there name starts with a B, rudeX10. They racially profile people. If your not hispanic, they could care less about you as a customer. Happens way too often!

Ruby is awesome!! I was frantic trying to find a generator before Hurricane Alberto hit and not only did she advise me but checked the store, other stores, and even stayed on the phone with me to complete my purchase since it was the last one left (All right before her shift ended) Phenomenal individual!!!

Definitely recommend this location the young lady that answered the phone Ruby was extremely helpful with our questions about a generator. She went above and beyond to get us what we needed and was very knowledgeable.

Every item I place an order online from this place ..it’s always canceled due to out of stock. I yet to find something in stock. Oh and if you live in Humble, Texas..both nearby stores do not
deliver to that area. Ridiculous!
