Service was good. I left the trailer for service. I was promised 1.5 weeks before it can even be looked at. 2 weeks later nobody called for update. Few calls later i was told that they had not got to it. Due to other reasons. We then lost a few days of Hurricane Beryl. 2 weeks later i called again, now it’s finally done. When i picked up the bill was more than what was promised, some was done without nobody call for advise before job was done. Anyway I need to get my boat out so I didn’t argued. 1700 bucks later…(50 dollars surge charge for using credit card to pay). So far trailer hubs seem to work fine but I wish they would have communicated with me more on what needed to be done that just slapped ne with a big bill and more than a month of lost time on water.

We now have a purchased (2) large trailers here. The first time, we had a minor hiccup on their part, but it was fixed really quickly, and we were on our way in no time. The 2nd time. I called to get pricing. They had it in stock, so we came down the next day and picked it up. Paperwork was a breeze! The young lady helping us knew exactly what she was doing and made it extremely fast! One guy moved it around for us and then put the temp tag on it, spray painted a few minor scratches, connected it to the truck and we were on way, again! We will continue to come here FIRST for our trailer needs. Thank you.!

Wife bought a tire that was flat by the next morning. Was then told she must have ran over a nail. Turned out to only be a leaking valve core, but they couldn't be bothered to fix their mistake. Supporting family businesses isn't worth it when they are this rude and unprofessional.

Can’t say enough good things, we were in desperate need for tires in order to make it home for the holidays after our other vehicle broke down. Same day they got us in, order the tires and installed! Can’t thank them enough!

It's a bad day when your trailer goes down for brakes and a broken spring.The crew was friendly and helped with all my questions, making certain I was given the right parts for the job!Great response over the phone and through email communication!We were back in action in less than two days!
