“I was extremely anxious going in yesterday, because as I've just recently turned 21, I've never been in a smoke shop before. I probably sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes before mustering the courage to finally go in. They were very helpful, and while I felt a little awkward, they were patient and kind and gave me a little rundown on the pre rolls they had. I bought the two in the photo, and as I left they asked me to let them know what I thought. The ones on the left weren't my favorite, but that could've been because they're Sativa (which I forgot to check before purchasing) and I'm not a big fan of Sativa. They smelled fine, tasted a little weird and burned way too fast for my liking. The ones on the right, however were significantly better (and if I'm not mistaken, they were about half the price). They smelled exactly like fruity pebbles, burned at just the right speed for me, and didn't taste bad at all. They're also covered in kief, which I've never had before. Kinda made my fingers sticky, but nothing some hand soap couldn't fix.”
“Great experience. The young lady at the counter was so patient. And to actually be right front and center as the juice is prepared was freaking awesome. Having bogo 1/2 off didn't hurt either. 4 bottles of juice for less than 40 bucks is unheard of. I'll Def be bK there soon.”

“Updated: I went back today just to see if any of the seasoned guys were in and I didn’t have any issues at all. I purchased the exact same items as I previously needed and was able to use my points. I didn’t even mention my last experience. Next time I visit I’ll make sure to work with a friendly face instead of the newer guy.
So sad to post this review. I’ve been coming to this shop for at least 5 years and has always had excellent service until today. I have quite a few reward points and I always save the up for a rainy day. Well today I went in to use those points and was denied saying I was only able to use 5 off instead of the 15 when my bill exceeded the required $30 needed to get the discount. The guy then tells me it’s because of the shisha I couldn’t get the discount. I have used my discount many times before and never had this problem and I feel scammed because I only gain points because I purchase hookah supplies and again I’ve used my discount before so for him and whoever he called poor job on not allowing the discount. And as for what’s excluded it’s in writing saying cigarettes, cones, rolls, and gars. Nothing about tobacco or shisha specifically. I wish I would’ve taken a picture but I was just really confused by the service I received today.”

“I walked in not really having a specific brand or product in mind. I was greeted and helped right away! Both staffers were nice but Sean is the one who helped me and he was fantastic. I just described what I was looking for, he gave me some options, and had knowledge on every recommendation he gave. For today, I didn’t want to spend too much yet and Sean didn’t pressure or hint to get the more expensive product at all. I ended up getting one of his suggestions in my price range and the product is great! Sean was awesome through the whole process. Also, I was in and out quickly! I’ll absolutely be coming back here.”
