I went in Store and spent almost $600 paying off my old phone getting a new phone and paying all the activation fees and everything. Went back to next month to pay my bill. It was supposed to be 102 and it was 140 because they charged me a one time fee of activating my damn phone again, which is bullshit just something to get more money out of everybody

“Bree” was extremely helpful as we had a lot of things going on. We got the phones and plan we wanted and as quickly as possible as she is very knowledgeable and fast. We have been with Verizon almost 25 years and, while offered a service by another carrier, in the end we stayed with the best and at new lower costing plan.

I recently visited my local Verizon store to upgrade my phone. I was greeted by a young man named Logan, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.
Logan patiently listened to my needs and preferences, taking the time to understand my usage habits and budget. He recommended several phone options that perfectly suited my requirements.
Logan was very informative, explaining the features and benefits of each phone in a clear and concise manner. He even demonstrated some of the new features to me, which was very helpful.
Thanks to Logan's expertise and guidance, I was able to select the perfect phone upgrade. His exceptional customer service made the entire process enjoyable.
I highly recommend Logan for his outstanding assistance. He is a valuable asset to the Verizon team.

Today I had a crisis, my phone stopped working for me. I came into the location and Adrianne helped me! She was so nice. She tried to get my phone back working, but we couldn’t get it to work. So she let me know about all the offers that were available, I highly recommend this location. Both her and the other gentlemen Logan, was so helpful! A huge thank you to the both of them.

My daughter went to get help with my husband's tablet. The associate, we think her name was Adriana, was impolite and rude. First, we were unable to switch the SIM cards on our own. She put the new SIM card in the new device. That was helpful. My daughter double- checked before she activated the new tablet that she would be able to get the pictures off the old tablet. She assured her we could as long as we had internet at home and we do. Then the associate threw away our old SIM card, WHAT!! Not yours to throw away ma'am. She gave no further help because she would have to charge us $40 to do anything because the tablet came with help with an 800 number. Ugh. OK, but I'm in the store right now and there are no other customers, are you busy or something?? I just thought it rude. By the way, we could not get the pictures off the tablet once home. Yet another trip to the store. Going back a few weeks when my husband and daughter first went to the store, Logan went to Adriana and asked for help getting them a $50 discount. Adriana was like, Why? Logan, politely replied, "They bought 3 phones, upgraded their plan, waited on the call center, AND, have been customers for 24 years, I think the least we can do is a $50 discount today." Adriana replied, "ok" or "Fine" and helped him make the adjustment. I'm sorry, do you not trust your co-workers? This would be a negative rating, is that an option?

Logan greeted my father and I right away. My dad is not an easy man to please. Logan was patient, kind, and understanding. We managed to up-grade my dad out of the flip phone era. We added me to the plan and purchased 3 phones. Logan made sure we were given a discount after the Verizon call center messed up and cost us an extra hour because they couldn't activate a phone.

Every time I come here, I get the run around. It's like they are totally disconnected from Verizon entirely! I would not recommend going here. Go to a real Verizon store instead or just call customer service direct. This place cannot help you with any Verizon orders or problems. Also, they have extra charges that you wouldn't otherwise get if you dealt directly through Verizon.

Got greeted as soon as I entered. Had a problem activating my device and Morgan went above and beyond to get me back working. Great customer service and friendly atmosphere.

Had bought a new phone cash in Beaumont. Was in Silsbe and went by Verizon in I have been a customer since before this rude female employee was born . Wanted to know why my blue tooth wouldn't pair. Very rudely told me I should go ask my doctor. I walked out but had to go back in and let her know.manager took up for her. Had I of treated a customer like back in the day at grocery store I would have been fired. Sad what this young generation is coming to. I always that when they get old they will have Heck to pay because it only gets worse. Went by Verizon in Beaumont later and found the problem
