Sign says store closes at 9. Got there at 8:50 and the doors were locked so I had to wait on them to unlock it. The very rude lady with an attitude asked if I knew what needed cause they were closing already. Then she stood on the door with a crooked nasty face. Why work if you hate your job makes the company just look bad. Always have bad customer service from that same employee. Everyone else is kind

Tracy was rude as can be!! Horrible experience!!!!! She asked for a copy right release for pictures, ok no issues, however they already have printed the same picture before!!!! My photographer is busy and didn’t have time for it at the time. When I asked Tracy what she needed, she talked to me like I was a child and all I was asking her was to explain to me how to do upload the copy right release so she walked away and left. Rude and not helpful at all!!!!!! Don’t send your pictures here!!!!!

Worst pharmacy ever!! Rude staff! Whitney is the absolute worst of them all! Mr. Patel (manager) is unprofessional and has no control over his staff or the lack of professionalism they exhibit.

I had to give a 1 star. They rate none, in my opinion.
I had a very invasive abdominal hernia surgery on Wednesday (6"-7" incision). The post-op prescription for pain medication was giving me a severe headache and nausea. Throwing up was a no-no. I even tried over the counter pains medication, but it wouldn't touch the pain. On Friday morning, the doctor called in a new pain medication to Walgreens. I had no way of getting the prescription until Saturday morning. At that time, I called the pharmacy to make sure someone else could pick it up and the cost. I was told the prescription could not be filled until the 15th because I had the other pain medication! But, what about the fact that the first prescription doesn't help me? Or that the same doctor called this prescription in?! Then, I had to explain everything to the pharmacist and told her I had been in pain since Thursday. You would think, especially with it being pain medication someone would have called to tell me my prescription was on hold or ask for an explanation as to why I've received two pain medication prescriptions within days of each other or called the doctors office to confirm they knew about both before taking it upon themselves to not fill my prescription for 3+ days! Anyway, after I gave her a detailed explanation, she finally "approved" the prescription, but rather than having compassion and filling it right away, she said it would be late afternoon before it would be ready. I pleaded with her to please help me and fill it quicker, but it did no good. She confirmed I was on text messaging for notifications and said I would receive a text when it's ready. By late afternoon, I had not received a text. I decided to call the PORTER, TEXAS store in hopes it was ready. The automated system said I had no prescriptions! Oh no!! I was ready to cry! I funally spoke to a clerk. She said, "It's been ready for a while." As I set here with severe abdominal surgery PAIN, these people are in la-la land, and could care less! This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I will take my business to Kroger Pharmacy and suggest you go elsewhere, too.

PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT TRACY!! (Shift Manager). This is the second time in about 3 months I see her behind the Photo counter. She refused to give me my pictures the first time I saw her. This time she tried to do the same thing. Her manager should have already retrained her about this, but Tracy either needs more training or she is making up her own rules. She is not manager material. This should not be allowed!

Worst pharmacy experience call you tell you something is ready for pick up and it’s never ready.Then it’s like nobody knows how to run insurance correctly.I seen six cars behind me leave because the wait is so long.Terrible customer service.
