PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT TRACY!! (Shift Manager). This is the second time in about 3 months I see her behind the Photo counter. She refused to give me my pictures the first time I saw her. This time she tried to do the same thing. Her manager should have already retrained her about this, but Tracy either needs more training or she is making up her own rules. She is not manager material. This should not be allowed!

I truly loved the help I received at the photo section. They worked as a team to get me exactly what I needed to bless a pair of grieving parents. Thanks ladies you know who you are on last Sunday afternoon 1/28/24. I'm coming again soon ?

Worst pharmacy experience call you tell you something is ready for pick up and it’s never ready.Then it’s like nobody knows how to run insurance correctly.I seen six cars behind me leave because the wait is so long.Terrible customer service.

I get why a food place would close up 5 to 10 minutes early and rush out, but a pharmacycome on peopleNot cool7/22/23CVS is closer I always can depend on Walgreens so the xtra 10 minute drive was no problemBut I have no meds nowI watched these two youngsters laughing as they ran outThey don’t understand that they work at Walgreens pharmacyWalgreens pharmacy has a standard to maintain

If I could give them a - number, I 1000% would!! This is by far the WORST experience with a pharmacy that I can remember... most uncaring, zero (0) regard for health concerns for patients. Was on hold with my insurance company to get WALGREENS' issue straightened out at 6:40 PM for a RX called in 2 days ago and at 7:58 PM they picked up the phone and hung it up because they close at 8:00 PM. After calling this morning and getting the complete run a round from "Pharmacist" Maritza and "Store Manager" Tracy I believe these employees are covering for each others complete rudeness.. When I asked Tracy who the manager over her she got very loud and sarcastic.

We came today to get photos for passport, and we were asking kindly for passport photos discount and the lady didn't like that ,she treated us rude ,and we were so polite ,she is 40s blond racist to us ,we are never gonna go to wallgreen ,how could you treat your customers like that,just because they were asking for service

Last time I was here, the cashier was getting yelled at by the manager for like 5 minutes straight and no one could check out until she was done yelling at him, very unpleasant atmosphere. I also have beef with the appointment system because I made an appointment on the website to get the MMR vaccine for school but when I went I was told that they do not carry that vaccine. That probably isn't the store's fault, but I'm upset with wasting my time.

I love Walgreens. Every Walgreens I have ever been to always has a welcoming atmosphere. Makes you feel right at home. My go to if near home. Thank you for your service Walgreens!

They closed the pharmacy for too long. I don't know why they wouldn't have half go on lunch and half stay. I was waiting at the drive thru without even knowing they were closed wondering why the ling wasn't moving. Very inconvenient. Why would lunch be from 1pm to 2pm? Strange. Very strange. But overall it's okay. I just wouldn't come back to this location. Humble is overcrowded.

Been going here for a few months to get my meds. Have never had an issue with anyone there being rude, my prescriptions are always ready when they say it will be. They helped me get a discount card to reduce the cost of my meds, helped me choose other meds my Dr recommended. All in all it's been a good experience everytime I've gone in there.

It's the same size as other locations, and appeared fully stocked, yet I couldn't find anything I was looking for. Strange layout.
