Cheryl helped me in what seemed impossible. I’d recently went to another store and never felt like more of a burden but the Portland store was nothing short of phenomenal. She stayed with me the whole time despite all of the brick walls we hit with my exchange. Everyone needs a Cheryl, y’all!

Cheryl, the Portland manager has been so wonderful. She has done everything in her power to fix an ongoing issue for the past few months. She did it with such patience and kindness. Even when I wasn't all that patient. She's also very genuine and cares. If you have any issues, drive to the Portland store and talk to her!

Went in to see about changing provides. They throw my sim card in the trash and then blamed it on me for losing it. The sales associate is the one that put it in the trash. I suggest you DON'T go to this store!!!!

Over the last several years, I have been in this store 3 times. The employees have changed, the dates have changed, but the not being able to do anything unless you need a phone attitude has not. My 2nd trip in a few years ago, I was told that I wasn't even a customer. The ATT bill I get every month and the money they get from me sure does make it seem like I'm a customer. My trip in today resulted in the same "you need to call 611" response that I have gotten the other times. If I wanted to spend 30+ minutes navigating a stupid automated menu just to spend another 30+ minutes to talk to a human that I can't understand that is gonna have to refer me to her manager for another 30 minute conversation, I would have stayed home and done that. Instead, I went into a door with a huge ATT sign above it hoping to talk to a human that could get a billing issue taken care of. O'well, I'm home and writing this while I'm on hold waiting for someone to answer the 611 number.
