Just some preliminary information leading up to our visit with Caliber Collision....someone backed into the drivers side of our car in a Wal mart parking lot and damaged both doors. We went to Caliber Collision for repairs and were extremely impressed with them! First of all, the business looks new and attractive and is huge and spacious. It is extremely clean and quiet in the lobby and office area. You would never guess it was an auto body repair shop when you drive up to it and visit the lobby and reception area. The receptionist was a very nice, knowledgeable, personable, professional and helpful lady. The lady in charge of getting our car repaired was so easy to talk to and she explained everything they did to repair our car. She answered every question and concern we had, and was so knowledgeable and professional. And the car was all done days before it was estimàted to be. Caliber Collision put on new parts, repaired damaged parts, and gave the entire drivers side a terrific new paint job which totally matched our color paint. It looked like a new car! They even cleaned and shined up the interior, shined the outside of the tires, and made it smell like a new car inside. From the minute we walked through the front door to drop the car off, until the day we drove away in a beautifully finished repair job car, customer and repair service was at its finest at Caliber Collision in Portland, Texas. Beyond happy and impressed with Caliber Collision and the two employees we had contact with there. Would highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing auto body repair work.

Laci was great from Day 1, explained the process very thorough. They worked on my car faster than expected. Service was excellent the work was phenomenal. My car looked brand new when I got it back from Caliber Collision. I highly recommend me and see Laci.

If you love your family, don't let this place work on your vehicle. They did substandard work on my sons car, and the parts they used fell off the front end of the car on a drive home from San Antonio. Yes, the wind was very strong, but the parts shouldn't have fallen off. We got the car up on ramps. There was a bolt that held the control arm of the front wheel missing. The GM had the NERVE TO BLAME MY SON. So he pulled the bolt? what a guy!!! The only way you get your lifetime warranty is if the GM goes for it. Please, people, don't use this place for repairs. Take it to someone who cares about Family.

Actually a great shop to get work done at!! Super super fast, great customer service the work done looked amazing!! I never leave reviews bc other places have been a disappointment in past and I took a chance with this place and I’m glad I did!!
