My husband and I both went in for a cut. Service was quick however, my cut was uneven and not shaped. I had to go home and trim one side to look right. I was greatly disappointed in my $30 haircut.

Been going here for 6 plus years but wont be back. When I took my girls to get highlights I had called first to see when we could come in or we should make an appt, explaining what they wanted and how much it would cost ect.. I was told I come come in basically anytime so we showed up within the hour. During the time we were there I overheard the stylist that was working with one of my girls say that she cant beleive people just come in and expect highlights, they need to come in for a consultation first so she could schedule it if she wanted to do it. My you i didnt EXPECT anything. I CALLED FIRST. The other stylist was just has unpleasant, rude as could be, and short with my daughter and I. She didnt do what we asked for in the first place, annoyed at answering questions. Later after we left my daughter (11yo) told me she was really rough when she was doing the highlights and washing her hair. If i had known that before we left it wouldn't have ended well. Disgusting behavior all around that day. If you hate your job thar much than find a different instead of taking it on a mom and her children

Ive moved to corpus/Portland area recently and I’ve been trying different salons and places and just couldn’t seem to get what I asked for. Rachelle did an amazing job for me finally! I love how it came out.

My son and I came in for two services - a general you man’s cut for him and I was getting a badly botched (from another local walk in salon) haircut fixed. We both left very happy and satisfied with our styles!!

We did a home cut to safe money, we messed up pretty bad. We looked up hairstylist near us. Decided to go to Cost Cutters, Marsha went over some options for us to correct our mistake. She was so good at fixing what we did. We're definitely going to stay with them.

I had a horrible cut & color done with another salon.. Scheduled with BLUE, and she exceeded the results I wanted!She color corrected my hair with ease and gave me a beautifully layered cut.She’s Amazing & kept me comfortable my entire visit.I cannot wait to see her again!

My daughter asked for a cut showed a video and it didn’t look anything like the video she showed her. It was way to short and i cant get it fixed because of that. The lady who did it was nice a discount of 4 bucks but now that I’m home and it dried. I feel like I should’nt have even been charged. My poor baby is crying and so upset . I’ve been there before and they always did a good job. I don’t know what the heck happened..
