I made an appointment at the Minute Clinic for 3:30 pm and was told to arrive 15 minutes early. I arrived on time at 3:15. At 4:11 pm, the single health care practitioner on staff approached me and asked what i was there for. I told her that I wanted her to listen to my heart, and that I thought I needed a referral to a cardiologist. She told me they don't do referrals and to go to the ER. I think it was pretty obvious I wasn't in any sort of emergency condition. If she wasn't able to see me, then she should have asked me what I was there for well before I took time off work and waited an hour in the waiting area. In the waiting area, every person had been waiting over an hour. One person came to sit down and said she'd been turned away during her appointment time at 1 pm and told to come back later. One person walked out after waiting over an hour to be seen. The staff member of the clinic really seemed to just be trying to get rid of me because she was too busy. I will never go to a minute clinic again, and neither should you. Actually, I won't even shop at a CVS anymore. I am seriously upset about how rudely and incompetently my time was wasted.

Unprofessional floater pharmacist, the Pharmacist in charge is never there. If I could give them zero stars I would. Long wait times on the telephone, constant excuses, refilling my prescriptions Without me asking, contacting my doctor for prescriptions I no longer take, not having the Texas State Board Of Pharmacy licenses up, being harassed by one of the Floater pharmacist. He was absolutely disgusting, his Whole condescending demeanor was enough for me to transfer all of my prescriptions out of this pharmacy after being with CVS pharmacy since 2004! am I surprised ? No, not at all! Unfriendly, unhelpful, it’s almost as though it’s their first day on the job although they’ve been there for years, Grace has been there for decades and she still doesn’t know what she’s doing! The best tech is probably Sadie, all the rest seem like they are getting beaten by a horse whip. They lack customer service and common courtesy!
