I booked for a vaccine appointment, it was confirmed, got a reminder few hours before the scheduled vaccine, got a check in link, and when we arrived and checked in the person from pharmacy told us that the vaccine was expired so therefore not available, is it the right service from CVS,?your customer exerted time and effort to come to the store only to find out that the vaccine is not available. It was so frustrating. Hope that they will update their inventories so it will no longer accept online appointment if the item is not available. Poor customer service and doesn’t care on their customers. First tine to encounter this kind of problem in CVS Portland, been CVS customer in Pennsylvania and Houston but this store is incomparable.

Went to drop off a ups package, and it turned out to be too big for them. Despite that, i could carry it myself easily.

Satisfactory as a pharmacy. However, I absolutely detest the long list of unnecessary and inescapable announcements you have to endure before getting to the maze of phone options. I DON'T LIKE CALLING CVS FOR ANYTHING.

I went to visit the minute clinic today for a Covid-19 test. After I waited in the lobby from 12:10 pm to 12:30 pm (my appointment was at 12:20pm) I knocked on the door and the doctor (Dianne Perdue) very rudely told me that she saw me waiting and was with a patient before shutting the door on me. I sat and waited until 12:58 pm when she came out of the office and told me that she had to go to lunch and would return at 1:30 pm and only if I waited, after already waiting almost an hourcould she then do my Covid test. Mind you I was scheduled at 12:20pm!! This was the absolute worst experience in my life by a nurse practitioner!!! Not only was she extremely rude and unprofessional but showed no compassion for me or the other customers that had also been waiting!

I made an appointment at the Minute Clinic for 3:30 pm and was told to arrive 15 minutes early. I arrived on time at 3:15. At 4:11 pm, the single health care practitioner on staff approached me and asked what i was there for. I told her that I wanted her to listen to my heart, and that I thought I needed a referral to a cardiologist. She told me they don't do referrals and to go to the ER. I think it was pretty obvious I wasn't in any sort of emergency condition. If she wasn't able to see me, then she should have asked me what I was there for well before I took time off work and waited an hour in the waiting area. In the waiting area, every person had been waiting over an hour. One person came to sit down and said she'd been turned away during her appointment time at 1 pm and told to come back later. One person walked out after waiting over an hour to be seen. The staff member of the clinic really seemed to just be trying to get rid of me because she was too busy. I will never go to a minute clinic again, and neither should you. Actually, I won't even shop at a CVS anymore. I am seriously upset about how rudely and incompetently my time was wasted.

I find this store to be customer unfriendly. There was no clerk at the checkout. I walked to the back of the store thinking I would see someone, but no. I had to go all the way to the pharmacy before I found someone to talk to. He told me there was a service customer button at the registers and I could push that button to get someone to the front. What happened to, "One moment, Mam, I will call someone to help you." By the time I got back another customer had gone looking also and found the clerk. I passed that clerk, but he was 3 to 4 aisles over wearing a plaid shirt and I thought he was a customer.I find 2 problems here. 1. The pharmacist did not provide customer service by calling someone to check out for me. 2. The clerk was working in the far back corner of the store where he would not be able to see anyone at checkout. Just because there's a button there doesn't mean people can see it, especially if they are required to stand 6 feet from the register.

I have had good experiences with CVS Portland, but I want to tell about an OVER THE TOP WONDERFUL experience I had with Sadie in the pharmacy - I told her about a strange situation I was having with traveling etc. and needed to figure out a problem with the meds and insurance. She patiently listened to me and worked to not only solve the problem, but did so going way above and beyond - saving me time and money - and squeezed it all in before closing! Sadie was truly the bright spot in my day and made me thankful that we use CVS in Portland! THANK YOU, Sadie!!

The pharmacist manager here and store manager do not really understand real customer sevice. I was a customer of the pharmacy for many, many years until a recent issue. There was a problem with my insurance paying for a medication. They kept saying I had Humana and it did not cover the medication. I tried to get them to understand that I have United Health Care. When I finished explanation to the Pharmacy manager, he asked, "Are you through now?" I was shocked at the rudeness. I got the same treatment from store manager. Yes I was upset but I didn't yell. I just wanted someone to listen and not talk over me. I just wanted to be treated with respect. I was not. I will never step foot inside CVS again. They lost a faithful customer. I will also never recommend them to anyone. I recommend if you are there, leave. There are too many choices in Portland to go to a place that does not show respect and appreciation to their customers.

Tried to sell me a propane tank for $86. Across the street at HEB they're $50. They are out of their minds.
