After waiting at front check out and squeezed the toy twice another customer and I had to walk out, because no one would come to the front to check us out. That's with an associate walking and talking to another person from the counting team from inventory. No customer service.

I was there yesterday. I have been going there for years. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. The black lady that waited on me I believe is the MANAGER. She is the RUDEST PERSON I HAVE EVER SEEN IN RETAIL. SHE WILL NOT SAY HELLO SHE WILL NOT ANSWER YOU IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION SHE WILL NOT SAY ANYTHING AT THE END OF THE SALE I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE HER. I WILL NEVER GO BACK I will go to BIG LOTS.

soo yesterday i went to purchase a solar flame tiki torch light from the lawn and garden isle. there were signs everywhere on the isle 50% off lawn and garden items well I take my lights up front and was told they weren't on sale they aren't lawn and garden ?? the manager barely gave me the time of day was very rude why put something on the lawn and garden isle and it not be on sale there's also some kids andirondack chair stacked there to guess what they aren't on sale either!! that's the last time I go in there if they can't honor their sales they don't deserve my money!

Love this store but it never seems to fail that I will always buy more then intended. Can't help it. They have stuff for the house at a good price and household cleaning supplies so you can take care of every corner with very little hassel. Also, if you are in need of something to fill your stomach, they will most likely have something you will want.

Was buying a pack of cigarettes and the lady working the store told me smoking is a disgusting habit for women. Is this necessary to tell a customer spending money on a product you sell at your store? Hopefully she isn’t otherwise poorly affecting sales in addition to customer service, but I’m sure she is after an interaction like this.

I went in this morning to purchase a few items and wow the prices are outrages. I mean really? Dollar General needs to change their name to High Dollar General. One bag of chips for $3.80. Walmart has the SAME EXACT ONES for $3.48. Even the no name brand french dip was .50 cents more than the name brand at Walmart. The only reason I go to Dollar General is to save a few cents but that's definitely not the case here. Anyway, I will continue shopping at Walmart...

The boy with the long brown hair was rude, packed the plastic bags way to heavy for me. Then dropped it in cart. There was glass inside. No hello , good bye or you know the other words !! Hope he doesn't last long.please get people who want to work there.

I checked before leaving the store, I bought some cigarettes and I left the store when I looked, he gave me the wrong ones, he came back right away and told me that the manager who was on the line told him that they could not be changed, when in other stores has happened to me and there was no problem, I just think it's not fair, it's my money and he didn't even want to return it to me, but it doesn't matter. God is great.

Omg it was way too hot in there, there was no air what so ever. How does a company expect anyone to work in this heat. There was fans that did nothing but blow hot air, I got at least 3 times a week and the past three days have been the hottest in there!!!
