Worst place to go. They don’t help. They switch up information like they don’t want to help you or give you, your money. Sometimes it will take a month before you even get your money and even with a medical emergency and need some of your money they won’t help or give you a little bit of it. Would never recommend this place to anyone

Super poor excuse for a bank. Save yourself the terrible experience and go elsewhere. They fraudulently hold electronic debits and mobile deposits and their “real-time” is always delayed long enough to find a way to charge a fee.

So rude, recently took money from boyfriend's bank 250 to be exact and claims to know nothing about it... Y'all are give the responsibility to watch the bank accounts of people WHO PUT THEIR TRUST IN YOU AND YOU DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPEN TO THE MONEY??? REALLY.IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A REAL BANK DONT PUT TRUST IN TO ANY OF THESE PEOPLE! THEY DONT CARE!

Poor services. Was looking at opening up a account and had a few questions. But wasn’t permitted to ask any questions till they were officially open. Which was fine, however there Priority was more set on having conversations about there kids. Figured if you got time to talk about your kids there shouldn’t be any reasons why you are making someone wait to ask a few simple questions. Just saying!!

The one inside HEB in Portland is ghetttooooo, the music they listen to is ghetto and the converstions they have belong in the hood. This branch belongs in the sewer. This bank in general is horrible. I'll be closing my account soon because of this branch. Very unprofessional and disrespectful I'll be telling all first convenience customers to bank somewhere else. If you are looking for a bank, this is not the one. Reconsider before opening your account. There are better options out there, no one deserves to be judged criticized, disrespected, or hurt like these people have me and my family.

Absolutely horrible Distrct manager. Paul Little Juan was extremely rude, arrogant, and simply condones his employees disrespecting his clients.
