They need to get their computers working and have more employees working. I waited over 30 mins in line and even at the counter it took an additional 15 mins due to their computer issues. Unacceptable!

They’re busy and often backed up, but I love the service I get here. If it means they’re giving good service to everyone individually, I’ll take the slowness.

They need to schedule more than 1 associate at the counter and 1 at the drive thru for the pharmacy. There’s always a giant line at both, and honestly, it shouldn’t take 30-45 minutes to pick up a prescription. HEB Plus in Flour Bluff has it down, so maybe they can come help.

I do all my meds here. I wish they would let you know if there will be a delay in filling prescriptions.

I would avoid using them if you can, especially if you take anything outside of benign medications. Anything else and these gems are judgmental, bias and rude. To be frank, they are playing with peoples lives. I've been on a medication for years, literally 8.5 years. The last year or so, I fill it at H‑E‑B portland or Walgreens, depending who has it in stock. They can pull my history though and see anything they want to. In the past year, patients all across corpus have been uprooted from their doctors. One major dr lost his license and patients were stuck for months. A few months later, a like branded practice, lost their doctor. This was my dr. It was so sad and scary. We had a dr from Dallas step in, for some time. Then a doctor took over the patients, about 30 or so, while they open a full clinic. That doctor sadly had a medical emergency and could not continue. Then finally we were able to get a reputable and reliable doctor to take over. The clinic staff never let a patient down. It was stressful but dozens of patients were in the same situation. No one did anything wrong. So leave it to this stellar pharmacist to be an absolute jerk. He was downright rude, aggressive and abrasive. Seems he may be unhappy for some other reason in his life, I would recommend therapy. :). So he gets the prescription that was called in, there is a medical board waiver for it to be called in. He calls the WRONG dr office, a different practice the dr works at. Of course they have never heard of me, bc the pharmacist called the wrong practice. He then demands the prescription be send in a form that they don't have access to. So basically my info would have to be put into a system at an office I'm not even a patient of, to send it. He was rude to everyone and wouldn't budge. Sir, your superiority complex will only serve you so much. Would hate to be your wife. Trust me, we can both agree I won't be back. You are a truly terrible person, your mistake- your screw up, then expect us to fix it. I don't know, maybe ask the right questions to make sure you have called an office that does the type of treatment the medication is for. If you're so smart, you would have known you called a clinic that is for a specialty this medication isn't used for. Not to mention you were downright disrespectful to the office manager, the doctor and the patient. Super star. Award winning pharmacists at this store, I tell ya. The brightest around.

They said my prescription would be ready in an hour, went out of my way to go pick up after 2 hours, just to be told it would be another 20 minutes. Driving between towns and this was on my way but made it completely inconvenient by not being on time. Would have scheduled differently had they been honest on a time.

Terrible lines inside and outside. Already been 3 different times to pickup prescriptions for my sick baby only for them to keep telling me 20 minutes more 2 of those times. Mind you the very first time I was told it would be an hour and a half and went back well over 3-4 hours later. I'll stick with Wal-Mart
