“I want to give 5 stars because Danica was absolutely AMAZING. Professional nice and very welcoming! We chatted and she’s a newish employee still learning. She helped me with what I needed (it did take a bit of time but I was in no rush what so ever I didn’t mind at all) 10/10 employee Danica is!!! I hope to come in a few months from now and she has it down to the T!! I’m rooting for you Danica! Don’t stop being amazing!!

The only reason I’m giving four stars is because the manager who was in a meeting. (Tall white shaved head male with glasses) was very rude to HER. His OWN employee. I needed to return a controller and she was still learning and needed help. (We’re all human, right?) and he would come out from the back huffing and puffing with an attitude throwing his hands. Shooing her OUT OF THE WAY. Talking to her ugly in front of 2 guests (me and another man). She would just smile or laugh it off but I know a toxic work environment like that just makes going to work absolutely miserable. Maybe a higher up needs to have a talk with this said manager or employee whatever he is. You do NOT treat people like that idc what else is going on.”
