This was a great experience! Ms. Trotter knew exactly what I needed! Her knowledge and experience with the different mattresses made this such an easy pick! My wife and I went to the Portland TX location this morning and Heather answered all of our questions as she walked us around the store trying everything, she was so helpful and patient, we went to some other locations and after deciding which one we wanted we went back to Heather and purchased the one we wanted. Great job Heather we will definitely recommend friends and colleagues to come see you when they are in the market for a mattress??

I went to the mattress firm in Portland. I worked with the store manager, Heather. She asked me details about my situation and she helped me test a number of mattresses. She described a lot of details about the manufacture and composition of the different products. Her knowledge base was really tremendous and she spent a lot of time with me. I feel confident that her primary interest was to get the right match for me and not necessarily to sell the highest priced item in the store. This was a very good experience for me and I would highly recommend this Mattress Firm location and specifically the expertise of Heather.

The retail woman was amazing and very friendly, she let us take our time and was very knowledgeable on all the mattresses! We got one king size mattress one day, then came back the next to get a twin xl for our daughter. Great customer service 100 percent!
