I made an appointment at the Minute Clinic for 3:30 pm and was told to arrive 15 minutes early. I arrived on time at 3:15. At 4:11 pm, the single health care practitioner on staff approached me and asked what i was there for. I told her that I wanted her to listen to my heart, and that I thought I needed a referral to a cardiologist. She told me they don't do referrals and to go to the ER. I think it was pretty obvious I wasn't in any sort of emergency condition. If she wasn't able to see me, then she should have asked me what I was there for well before I took time off work and waited an hour in the waiting area. In the waiting area, every person had been waiting over an hour. One person came to sit down and said she'd been turned away during her appointment time at 1 pm and told to come back later. One person walked out after waiting over an hour to be seen. The staff member of the clinic really seemed to just be trying to get rid of me because she was too busy. I will never go to a minute clinic again, and neither should you. Actually, I won't even shop at a CVS anymore. I am seriously upset about how rudely and incompetently my time was wasted.

Refused a service they said they offer and that they would just send my husband for X-ray's and not treat. Even though we know what he has, gets it once a year every year for 20+ years. She was rude and unhelpful will not go back

I had an appointment earlier in the day at another Minute Clinic and had a great experience. Due to my own failure I forgot a paper that needed to be signed and part of my visit could not be completed. I made a second appointment for later in the day at the Portland CVS. When I arrived a I realized I need an immunization from the pharmacy so I stepped in to get it out of the way while I waited to be called in by the provider. I finished getting the shot when the provider saw me and asked if I was there for the Minute Clinic. I informed her I was and she told me I had to go out to my car and wait. I tried to tell her I had only come in to get a shot which was done and she became very irritated with me for trying to explain why I was inside. She kept repeating I had to go outside so I did only for her to call me to come back in as soon as I got to my car door. Karen (her real name) continued to be rude while I attempted to explain what I needed. Finally due to her unwillingness to listen I asked for my paperwork back and told her I didn't need her help, I would return to the clinic I was at earlier that morning. I understand COVID is exhausting for the providers and the rules are a lot to follow but I was not sick and was in the store completing medical business not just hanging out and shopping.

Wait times can be long but it gets the job done. I like that they have masks and sanitizer so you don’t have to worry about being in a busy urgent care with all sorts of germs.

If could be a zero star is what I would give. Had confirmation by email and checked into Kiosk. The girl ignored me and said I didn't check in and refused to work with me just because it didn't show up on her side. It is like she couldn't function until the computer told her to. When you are sick and do NOT feel good we are there for help not to solve your problems. I do NOT recommend this place as they are robots not real people.

If there was a 0 star I would award it. Checked in at 5 and waited 45 min just to be turned away because an appointment was running over time and clinic closes at 6:30. Who does this???? Very bad customer service turning sick patients away????. This is the second time last week the employee never returned for their shift.

The wait was 1.5 hours with no patients in front of us. The doctor took an hour and was very rude, didn’t provide any assistance for my sick kid, i wasted a co- pay and 2.5 hours, and ended up taking my son to A different clinic in Portland which was 1000 times better on northshore dr, and we finally received the treatment and care we needed. Don’t waste your time or money with this place!

My visit was much appreciated and Karen Morrissey was amazing. She shared so much information and I’m already feeling better today.
