“Ramiro went above and beyond!! My iPhone (5 years old) crashed. He got me hooked up with a new one, and stayed past closing to transfer ALL data which took numerous attempts and his personal time. Now that is customer service we don’t see much of anymore!”

I loved how they weren't afraid to acknowledge a miss calculation in price of $5 which wasn't a big deal cause she did say approximately and it wasn't like it was a decespency of like $20 or more like other places we checked out.
