Went to drop off a package with return shipping already paid. They told me it was a $10 charge because the box was too big and it takes up too much space. It was a tall skinny box. This place is unfriendly and nickel and dimes you to death. I will never go there again.

Stephanie was great today. I had many issues with getting a shipping label from my email to her printer, and she took the time to make sure that it happened (and it was quite a bit of time with all the tech issues). Thank you

Called and inquired about order, guy was professional charged me prior to doing the job. I call back in a lady who answered as I was inquiring about order was rude unprofessional and hung up!! I hope the owner address this! Get real have some sense of realization!

We regularly use PostNet for UPS shipments and returns. I also recently had a sign printed here. The finished product was well made and reasonably priced. I wish they were open during the lunch hour, but otherwise highly recommend.

Sweetest lady's I've ever met work there. Lots of different things u can have done there too. Company logos put on shirts caps and clothes of all kinds. I'll go back again. Printing and copying.

A few days ago we went to the office with the girl who treated us very pleasantly, we decided to contact them to transport boxes to Nebraska, the price was very expensive, we received an email telling us to go to the post office that they could not deliver the package to us, when we left the boxes were outside the door of horror they had holes because the corners were all hit and as expected seeing we opened the equipment many of them not to mention all of them came broken, I do not recommend this service to anyone for our experience it was terrible terrible, what a disappointment

Poor customer service. Tried calling 3 times at 11:55 am. And no one answered. They do have a message though saying they will be at lunch at 1:00 pm.

Earlier today I was in Portland and stopped by the PostNet place to mail a small box and a large envelope to Canada. I was told the box would cost $174 DHL and $210 FedEx. (NO other options were given to me.) They said they couldn’t regular mail the letter because they didn’t have “international postage.” I went to Rockport Mail Center and sent both for $47! Seriously, PostNet? Wow! Never been there before and will never go there again!
