I have been using RBFCU for many many years in San Antonio, Texas and I recently moved to the coastal area so now I use Portland branch I have nothing Bad to say about this bank or the people that work in his bank they’re all kind and courteous very very helpful. I love banking here and if I ever need any help, they’re right there on top of things thank you so much, RBFCU.

Don't waste your time going here. Service at the counter was not the best service sort of lazy.. Wanted a boat loan. I have accounts at several Banks but heard this was a good one for boat loans. Had me sit down in an office and wait for a zoom session with a loan officer. Was on hold 10 minutes waiting. That was an odd thing after dealing face to face at my other banks. When the loan officer came she acted like someone waiting on you at the department of human services when you are asking for an unemployment check. She was condescending and impatient, treating me like an idiot when I asked very understandable questions even though I am a professional with a very good income. Add to stay another 15 minutes in order to complain. Then told them I was going somewhere else and did.

I find it hard to understand the poor reviews here. I've always (always) gotten fast and very friendly and attentive service here and at every one of the many RBFCU branches I've visited across Texas over the past 20 years or so.

My husband and I stop there for him to take care of what he has to do, while I waited in the car. I saw the sticker on front doors that says service dogs are welcome there. That's great. Next time I will get down and go in there with my service dog Rocky.

I’ve never been into the actual branch, however I got notice regarding a debit purchase which I said I didn’t make and my card was placed on hold. Completely understandable, however when I try to call to resolve the issue I’m on hold forever. Finally got through today after calling multiple times and sitting on hold today for 50 minutes to be told it would take a whole 7-10 business days to get a new card. No offering to expedite it without a fee, nothing. Seriously poor service to customers.

There is always 1-2 people sitting at the front desk, chit chatting and three in helpful people in office and only 1 person working to help all the people. There is always a wait. Customer service needs to be stepped up and we need to feel valued as patrons.
