I find it hard to understand the poor reviews here. I've always (always) gotten fast and very friendly and attentive service here and at every one of the many RBFCU branches I've visited across Texas over the past 20 years or so.

My husband and I stop there for him to take care of what he has to do, while I waited in the car. I saw the sticker on front doors that says service dogs are welcome there. That's great. Next time I will get down and go in there with my service dog Rocky.

Cannot speak to a local bank teller at all ,direct you to online and leave you on hold to die ! Worst bank ever !!!!!

I’ve never been into the actual branch, however I got notice regarding a debit purchase which I said I didn’t make and my card was placed on hold. Completely understandable, however when I try to call to resolve the issue I’m on hold forever. Finally got through today after calling multiple times and sitting on hold today for 50 minutes to be told it would take a whole 7-10 business days to get a new card. No offering to expedite it without a fee, nothing. Seriously poor service to customers.

There is always 1-2 people sitting at the front desk, chit chatting and three in helpful people in office and only 1 person working to help all the people. There is always a wait. Customer service needs to be stepped up and we need to feel valued as patrons.

This is the worst bank to.get a mortgage with. They never answer or return your calls!! I have never been more disappointed with any bank we have delt with before!!
