Wow let’s talk about customer service!!! So I call in for a payment arrangement and the guy starts arguing with me than states payment could either be made or the product can be picked up I stated I’ll make the payment and he keeps stating either make the payment or pick up the product so I tell him no one is home and he tells me to make sure someone is there that they will pick up the product than just hangs up on me like how professional is that I get it u work collections but treat ppl how u want be treated

So rent-a-center claims that if u pay off your items, u receive 100$ towards your next purchase, that is a lie!! U can get 4vweeks free but they put that 4 weeks back on at the end of your agreement. The 100$ credit never happens, I have purchased numerous items from them and I'm barely learning this now, do not let them sucker u into a new agreement

Follow up leading to my purchase was great.After that it’s been unpleasant.I was told things would be delivered between 2-5 pm.My delivery didn’t happen till 530, I wasn’t updated on till I asked.My table wasn’t picked up from the main location originally. I was given a loaner till mine came in.The same situation wasn’t updated on time slot that was more accurate. When I texted the sales man to ask, I was told ( 2-5 give them a call. )Like the customer service went out the window.I live 10 mins away. And it seems, it’s the last on their priorities.This was my first time working with them,I won’t be back or refer anyone else here.

I've paid off my item I literally called last week spoke to Bruce the credit manager and asked him to take off the insurance which I no longer need since the product is paid off well guess what I'm still beinging charged for it ??? corporate will be my next call
