The Seabreeze RV Community is an excellent RV Park. The management and staff are very nice and extremely helpful. The sites are clean and well manicured and the amenities are first class. I will definitely stay there again!

My Wife and I have been wintering on the Texas Coast for the past three years. The SeaBreeze Resort and Community is an ideal and Central location for exploring the Gulf, Or simply relaxing.
This RV Resort community is located on the beautiful Nueces bay in the town of Portland Texas, 15 minutes from Corpus Christi and 20 minutes from Padre Island and Port Arkansas and is an excellent base for day trips.
The staff are professional, organized, thoughtful and pleasant. They go out of their way to make your stay a pleasant one . In addition to beautiful well manicured grounds this full service Community offers a fun program of activities and opportunities, from holiday potlucks and parties , a large pool, a fishing pier, a large Pet park, to weekly poker games, Saturday breakfasts, and visiting food trucks that offer an interesting selection of Texas and international foods.
This is an absolutely wonderful and welcoming Resort that should be included in your travel plans.

Sea Breeze is a fantastic RV site for anyone traveling or looking for a long term stay. The amenities are numerous and well kept. Whether you prefer relaxing by the pool or reeling in some fish Sea Breeze is the site for you and your family. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. They are always willing to help and answer questions.

EVERY staff member was informative and friendly. We felt very “welcomed”. Bathrooms and showers were spotless. The pool was clean and attractive. The grounds were mowed and the roads were grated right after we had a thunderstorm. The view was beautiful of Nueces back bay and our Brittany spaniel loved that he could swim. We will definitely be visiting there again and recommend to friends.

Every area of the park was very clean and well kept, office staff was friendly and well informed. Restrooms and shower's were always clean and fresh. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in the area.

Reserved a spot for May 3 2025 . I have a 42 ft . The space given to me was impossible to park Rv . We asked for a different spot and was denied . So we had no choice but to cancel. The policy states they would return deposit and keep $35 . I still haven’t received my money back. It’s unfortunate to not uphold your policy .

Booked with them for one month got a call three days later they cancelled they wouldn’t accept our rv. Literally nothing wrong with it so idk it’s not new but it’s in almost perfect condition. Anyways the lady that called was short and didn’t say why I asked why specifically she just said management decided against it. It just got painted and a new awning new tires all new accessories so just beware have a backup in case they decide they don’t like your rv for some undisclosed reason. Idk she could’ve been nicer about it. She was snarky

Stayed here for the 2024 winter season and is was exactly what we needed! No snow!. A few days scattered through January and February temp dropped to freezing. The staff was amazing. The area has so many free things to do, just research it. Looking forward to next winter, already booked our spot.

Spent 2 months there.Ran by a top notch group of people. We Enjoy our stay and would diffently go back in the future. Beautiful park with a very nice layout. Fishing was great right off there pier.

Friendly, Friendly, Friendly, safe and quiet. Very nice scenery. Staff is great as well, always something to do here. You never feel left out of activties

Didn’t have a “room” but our Rv space was great. Stayed a week service was great. Enjoyed the activities in the club house on 2 occasions. Everyone was very friendly. Restrooms and showers were clean and well maintained. We will try to schedule another visit hopefully next year.

We made the trip to check out this RV park for our next snowbird trip. Staff & residents are friendly and helpful. Park sites are very close together, not much room. Limited availability for what we needed for our 5th wheel. Web site pics are deceiving.
