I was told this location would be open so my friend and I went a few weeks ago but when we went they were closed, there wasn't even a sign on the door. I called the Portland location to let them know and all they said was sorry and they had no idea why that location wasn't open. I called the day before to make sure they would be open and mind you I was coming from far. Also how can you open a store and not even have the sign up?

I had been trying to get a shirt for my daughter's birthday, but kept running into issues. With a last minute attempt, I contacted Serendipity to see what they could do in a short period of time. Not only did they fulfill my request, but they were able to do the exact design I wanted and had it done in 3 hours!!! Great customer service and so very helpful!! Plus, the shirt came out adorable! Will definitely use them again and will recommend them to friends!

I had a blanket I needed monogrammed for my niece before her birthday party, Serendipity was so accommodating and monogrammed her blanket in an hour! I should also mention I came in two hours before close and needed it by the next day. It was done in an hour and it looked perfect! Thank so so very much for helping me with the perfect gift for my niece!

Love, love this boutique! Tons of cute clothes (in all sizes!) And Yellow Box shoes too! I bought a few outfits and two amazing, handcrafted necklaces to add the perfect finishing touch. Gorgeous stuff!!!
