Relatively rude customer service, and overall unhelpful. I came in looking into adding a tablet, and having a spare line removed. The rep was very eager to attempt to sell me the only tablet they had in stock. When I asked if there was any sort of difference between the model they had, and the model they could order, I was told slight processing power maybe, and nothing else. Feeling unsure about jumping into it without more information, I told the rep I need to think about it, the rep then cut me off midsentence, said alright have a good day, and didn't make eye contact, and proceeded to shop on his tablet, while im still directly infront of him. I asked if I could make an adjustment to my current line, and he ignored me. I said alright man, well have a good day, and he continued to look at devices on his tablet. I gathered my stuff from the counter, including my ID which he still had on his side of the counter, and again said alright man, well have a good day, maybe I can swing back by after some more research, again he flat out ignored me, as I was 3 ft away on the other side of the counter from him. Multiple times during the conversation, he interrupted me to yell across the store, with another rep who was getting pizza from next door. Overall it was a very rude experience, and I felt rushed, only being shown one option, as I tried to ask about other options. If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Just call tmobile, because they'll just tell you to do that anyways, or goto a store in corpus, where the employees might be able to handle a respectful transaction.

Went there to get a phone. My old phone is now getting verification message codes immediately after leaving there. Likely not a great place to give your old number or any personal info. Go someplace else

This is a 3rd party retail not a corporate store. They refused to exchange a phone under warranty because the phone doesn't power on. The phone doesn't have physical damage and they wanted me to file an insurance claim. You're better going to a CC corporate store don't waste your time here.

If I could give less stars I would. This IS NOT A TMOBILE STORE. the employees are extremely rude .this is a "franchise" so just go to corpus christi. They don't need to be in business if they are not going to have every option a REAL tmobile store has FTP

Don't do it. It's the McDonald's of phone companies. Just like McDonald's ice cream machine is always broken, T-Mobile mobile data is constantly out or towers down.

DONT DO IT!!! Terrible Service, towers are always down. You can't get signal in most locations, their internet is slow. My wifi is constantly freezing God forbide you want to use Pandora etc while exercising your mobile data will not work continuously or no signal . There's many days where you go 30+ mins without single, cant make calls,text etc...Ridiculous.

In case you were curious. Avg speed on the home internet is around 1-4 Mbps. It's pathetic.

Went to upgrade a phone and the guys working were so rude. Terrible customer service, not helpful at all. They pretty much told us to go elsewhere if we thought we could do better!!!

This place gave me the creeps. I went to sign up 2 phone lines for a reduced rate. My carrier is Metro PCS. Even though T-Mobile owns Metro PCS, I would still be switching carriers. This means to switch SIM cards and a whole entire convoluted mess. They kept taking pictures of my driver's license front and back. They tried to upsell me on my data plan, but my data plan is perfectly fine. Then they wanted my entire social security number to run my credit, but they did not ask to run my credit. I'm sure they have an excuse, I'm sure it was a soft credit pull, but that was the final creep out, so I grabbed my phone and driver's license and bailed.

after 12 hours on the Computer Chat with T-Mobil TechSupport I hope this store can assist me, promptly and knowledgably. Have to drive there today.. The Phone Tech deactivated my phone without activatiing my new one, and couldn't get the new one activated. Maybe this store has skills we will see, wish I clould make an appointly Sadly 2 ohnes no network.
