The place is always clean, machines are always working (or tagged), the attendants are super nice, and I find it more time and more cost-effective than doing my laundry at home.

I highly recommend this laundrymat based on cleaniness. It also has tvs for entertainment and fantastic machines. I am 80 yrs young and have some difficulty wiith carrying, lifting, putting clothes in washers and dryers, and removing them. There is one young lady who is employed at the location in Portland and I want to give her a "Shout Out". Her name is Raven! She is one of the nicest, helpful people I have ever met. She stayed busy keeping the business clean but always appeared if I needed help. Thank you Raven and thank you Laundry depot for having her as an employee. She is a definite asset to the company.

My husband and I have been to this Laundry Mat numerous times and it's AMAZING! The staff is ALWAYS FRIENDLY and so HELPFUL! We've been to many Laundry mats over our years, and this one is the ABSOLUTE FINEST AND BEST one, we've EVER been to! It's always SUPER CLEAN, the aromas that breeze through is so awesome! When you search for a place to wash and dry your clothing...this is the place, you MUST visit here!

Would give it 5 stars if they ever marked or corrected broken things or things that take your money. Even when I've complained they just let everyone still try. Other then that it's my laundry place for sure.

Dropped my laundry off a few time then they started keeping my laundry soap when I confronted them they claimed they gave everything back. Not a bad place to get clothes washed if u don't mind buying new laundry soap everything u drop clothes off.
