“Customer service was excellent Jon called me prior to my appointment, confirmed all my information and informed me where to park once I arrived.
Upon my arrival Jon and the team were ready and took my keys to start the work on my vehicle. They were extremely efficient and took less than one hour to complete my work (4 new tires).
My RAV4 is running super smooth now. I would definitely go to this location again if I run into any tire issues in the future.

Near the end of the day, we discovered two trailer tires needed replacing. Michael promptly sent a mobile tech to our location and emailed an invoice for our accountants. The tech (I wish I could recall their name) quickly replaced the tires.

“Great guys here, took care of 4 wheel alignment on my 23 Tacoma TRD PRO. I went here on a Saturday AM only because they had a Groupon promotion for $49.99 which is a great deal, unfortunately I did not ask them to set their machine alignment to Toyota factory recommended.
Now my Front Camber is slightly out of the typical factory range, which could potentially affect tire wear and handling slightly I think
Rear Toe: Both left rear toe and total rear toe are slightly out of the typical factory range. This could cause minor handling issues or uneven tire wear over time I think
So people, ask them to make sure that they are setting their machine to match the factory recommended for your vehicle for FW (camber, caster & toe) & RW( camber & toe)”
