Make sure you pay inside to get your mail sent off, or your letters may end up in the trash can regardless if they already have stamps. Businesses no longer have integrity. I have no idea why they sell stamps, if they're still going to charge you.

Don’t even think for a minute any of these postal employees would do anything to be even slightly helpful.I THOUGHT I had made a passport appointment, but I didn’t click the “confirm appointment” button on line. I showed up 30 minutes early. The two previous appointments before me didn’t show up. When I asked if they could help me anyway, they refused. They had NO customers and no one else working on passports. They were standing around looking at each other. When I spoke to the manager, she said they had to wait a certain amount of time for passport customers to arrive. When I asked how long they gave them, she turned around and walked away.I stood there for 30 minutes, to see if they could work me in. The weren’t doing anything and they refused to help me.

After having the worst postal experience in my adult life at the Aransas Pass post office (see other review) I came in here to mail an envelope. The lady was tidying up the lobby and was very cheerful with a big smile on her face. She took my envelop and as a courtesy weighed it for me to ensure I had the correct postage. She told me, "you did everything perfect, looks great!" Then thanked me for my business even though I only purchsed a few small envelopes. She treated me as if I was the most important cusotmer in the world, and people who execute this level of customer service are few and far between....she made my day after the other lady just about ruined it!

We had some mail forwarded there General delivery and arrived on a really hectic Saturday morning with people lined up shipping all their holiday packages. The staff including manager Cassandra went out of their way to locate our mail, even through the whole USPS tracking system was down. They were also really pleasant and helpful to other customers as we waited. They found our mailed box and gave us a call we could come and pick it up. Really appreciated the assistance.

I moved to the Northshore area a few months ago. I’ve had issues receiving mail. My driver’s license hasn’t arrived after over a month, the first time they had it returned to Texas Department of Transportation. Have no clue where the second one is. It seems that they’ve also lost a car title ??♂️. Never had issues like this anywhere.

There is a man working for peers, he is new to that job, I don't know his name, but he is about 40 years old, with black hair and no gray hair. He says he doesn't speak Spanish, but he does, and the day I went to send packages, I looked at him laughing. the face of a person for not knowing English and I talked to my son's mother and she went the next day and he also treated her badly and made fun of her and treated her very badly people like him shouldn't be working in that place, but Apart from him, the other people are very kind and responsible for their work.

I set up an appointment for a passport and apparently it didn’t go through. Fine. I drove 20 miles to the office to be told that. I arrived 30 minutes early, just to be told they cannot help me, nor make an exception, while standing around. They stated they’re booked and it takes 15 minutes to complete. We literally stood there for the entire 30 minutes talking about it, when they could’ve been helping me complete it by making an exception. The lady and supervisor were not willing to help at all. They were not busy, because we wasted more than 20+ minutes talking with nobody in line at all. They just went to the back after we spoke. Very unprofessional. I work in this type of business. I understand procedure and follow rules, but I know they could have made an exception and helped me right then and there, when they were not busy, but didn’t make an exception, even arriving 30 minutes early and taking time off from work. I would rather drive further to Ingleside, which I am tomorrow, than deal with these “busy” people that kept talking to me telling me no for more than 25 minutes, than to help me complete the passport, which only takes 15 minutes. Miserable ladies. Thanks, but no thanks dealing with them.
