This store has a lot to be desired. The staff were not focused on customers and were talking about dogs while I waited for assistance. The employee asked only a few questions and was not helpful at all. On top of that, this store can charge whatever fees it wants because it is privately owned, so I would stay far away from this store. I definitely recommend the one in Corpus Christi over this one any day. Only put one star because you can't put 0

I went for an upgrade to a different phone and when I walked out everything was set up just like my old phone.....

Needed a new phone due to damage. At first he tried to get me to use the app to order even though my phone as very glitchy to spare me the fee, but it wouldn’t work due to stocking issues so I had to pay it. Whatever. While he’s helping me me he stops to order food, but doesn’t bother to step away to excuse himself. Just felt like I was an inconvenience being there.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced Russell cellular violated contracts. Verizon corporation will not do anything and then Verizon doesn’t know how to understand English as they called me four times today to ask the exact same question that I provided the answer to the first time I would never recommend Verizon wireless or any of its subsidies as a reputable company.
