The pharmacy is SLOW. 10 to 15 minute wait time per car every time I go is crazy. It's not much better inside and that's with only one person waiting in front of you.
Switched to a different pharmacy that's much faster and open on weekends. Such a shame. This pharmacy location used to be good.

All the staffs that I encountered are all quick, helpful, professional and kind. Hope that they are open on weekend.

This pharmacy staff is very rude to me, and are too slow. I have transferred all of my prescriptions to HEB pharmacy. Breath of fresh air!!

Ups access site at Walgreens: I had an incredibly frustrating experience with UPS Shipping recently. I needed to send out a large package and thought UPS would be the best choice. However, when I arrived at their location, I was met with disappointment and confusion. The staff refused to let me ship my box, claiming it was too big. I understand that there are size limitations, but the way they handled the situation was disappointing. Instead of offering any alternative solutions or suggestions, they simply turned me away with no further assistance. I felt like my business wasn't valued, and they showed little empathy for my situation. As a customer, I expect shipping companies to be equipped to handle various sizes of packages, especially when they claim to be experts in the industry. This incident left me inconvenienced and forced me to find another shipping option last minute, which was highly inconvenient. I hope UPS can improve their customer service and communication, especially when dealing with such situations. As it stands, I cannot recommend their services based on my recent experience.

This location can be incredibly rude and unprofessional or just okay. The predictability with the pharmacy needs improvement. I say this with other people's warnings in mind. I didn't believe what they had to say was true, but now I know.They're curt and if you need assistance they're sure to cut you off mid sentence, running you off as quick as possible before you get a chance to explain what you're really asking for. It's as if they don't really want to hear you even talk. They couldn't care less about anyone it seems. Very impersonal people.I've been to other Walgreens but never one like this.

Please pay attention to how the pharmacy inputs your medication. They literally have screwed me for the time being and now I can’t get it. The pharmacy staff is extremely rude and to ask me if I take it the way I’m supposed to when I’ve been on the med the last two years is extremely incompetent. I definitely will be contacting a higher up about this but I’m more than positive how they are running the medications to insurance is not ok.

We are new in town, and I had a pretty extensive dental surgery that required several medications and refills, and I also take other medications from a hernia mesh failure. It’s usually difficult to transition to new doctors and pharmacies, but Walgreens in Portland has been so professional and courteous to me. The pharmacist has been very kind to answer all of my questions.

Fire alarm goes off with no fire. Their electronic system went down, no problem things happen. Once the system comes back up, they are close to closing. My prescription was for xofluza, it’s pretty expensive but no problem tamiflu is a good back up. Apparently cannot prescribe tamiflu as alternative to xofluza? I just need some medication for flu I got diagnosed with. The reasoning no prescription was given bc pharmacy was too close to closing (10 min till). Tamiflu has the most effectiveness when given early. Unfortunately the pharmacy was unwilling to prescribe tamiflu, and the only reason I can think of is laziness…unless they have no tamiflu on hand during flu season, then it’s incompetence. Walgreens, if you’re needing a resent prescription for tamiflu instead xofluza from the Doctors office then that’s definitely incompetence. Either way I would avoid going to this pharmacy.
