I was in Post for a weekend event and we needed some libations. We found out there is only one place in town to buy beer and alcohol. You always dread that scenario because you know they are gonna be gouging the prices. WE WERE WRONG!!! This place not only had normal to lower prices- it also has the friendliest and most helpful people I have encountered in a package store. BONUS- they will give you ice with your purchase. Mind blown.

Nice people, good selection, weekly sales.I like this place because they are not the only place in town to buy alcohol, but they act like it. They want to earn your business and keep you happily coming back for years. It’s also a great place to cash a check, I cash mine there every week .

Pulled in for the first time and surprised to find ice cold Hopadillo. I mentioned what a nice find and that I really enjoy Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. So he brought out an ice cold Sierra Nevada sampler 12 pack!! Surprise #2! So I bought a bag of ice, paid, and the same man carried the beer to my car. I didnt ask, it was simply part of the service. When he saw my cooler, he said, "we have free ice, hold on". Iced my beer then offered to take back the ice I had bought and refund my money.Keep in mind, there is no other package store for 20+ miles. There is no competition. Good price...more than good...cold Sierra Nevada Pale Ale in Post Texas. Big business...any of them! Can learn the basics from these folks.I recommend them if you just needed water!
