I know that none of us like change and I will be the first to tell you that I miss the good ol days of Citizens Bank. But, having said that, I want to take a moment to offer up some appreciation to Ashley, Veronica and the gang at the Happy Bank in Post. They have issues that are imposed on them from executives who sit in offices or spend way to much time on the golf course but as for me they have always done everything they possibly could, within those sometimes ridiculous guidelines, to make me glad I have remained a Citizens Bank, aka Centennial Bank, aka Happy State Bank customer

Ever since Centennial Bank bought out Happy State Bank, it has been such a horrible experience!!! Our credit cards get flagged as fraud all the time, you are limited to how much you can deposit, when you order checks they never come, you have to wait on hold in excess of 30 minutes EVERY time to speak with someone and even then the situation is never resolved!! I will be switching banks ASAP!!!

Happy Bank has merged with centennial bank and it is awful on every level now. Online services changed, basically useless. Customer Service on the phone...you can't even get anyone to answer. Small town bank yeah right...i was #122 in the queue one week and #93rd the next week etc waited an hour and 15 min. I loved my happy bank before this nightmare. Closing both accounts and bye.

I was traveling through Post, TX. My dog had an accident in the car so I needed change for the car wash. The car wash change machine was out of order. This bank would not even exchange me 3$ in quarters because I was not a bank customer. The $ would have been put right into their little community.Guess we all need to switch to Crypto so the banks can't regulate who can have what. I was never a believer in Crypto, but now I am really hoping it puts jerks like this out of business.

Just go to a different bank, trust me. Regretting opening this account, customer service sucks, even when there was an unapproved purchase on my account that i wanted to dispute they exclaimed right away that they will not pay for it and pretty much called me a liar. This was never taken off. I was responsible. Overdraft protection doesn't work either, they will continue to take out more than you have and charge you if you don't pay attention. So dissatisfied!
