“There aren’t enough words to express how amazing our experience was… My daughter and I were driving into Texas from Colorado and there was a big metal chunk of something in the road-it was dark and I saw it too late to miss it… It took out both of our driver side tires and my 10 year old and I were stranded next to a field at 12 o’clock in the morning… we were both really nervous and scared. I called my husband and he contacted Will Wrecker Service where they answered on the 2nd ring! My husband said it was the best experience he’s had in his life trying to get something like this sorted out. And then, not even 15 minutes later Nick came to our rescue! He was so kind and genuine and helped us to feel comfortable and safe right away. He took our rental car to a tire shop and then dropped us off at the front door of the hotel. He was so incredibly sweet and I could not be more grateful for him.
